ART PHOTO BUDAPEST is Europe’s newest and Eastern Europe’s only international fair for art photography. It is organized by the team of ART MARKET BUDAPEST in cooperation with Photon. His artistic director is Dejan Sluga. Art Photo Budapest focuses on emerging Eastern and Central European art photography and welcomes exhibitors worldwide. It presents a new platform to meet, bringing together galleries, institutions, artists and curators, collectors and experts from East and West Europe.

Within the first edition of Art Photo Budapest Photon is presenting the works of the three Slovenian and two foreign authors: Borut Peterlin, Aleš Gregorič, DK, collective GRAM and Laurent Ziegler.

Dejan Sluga and photographer Borut Peterlin also participated in the accompanying program. Dejan Slugamoderated and together with other experts participated in a round table dedicated to the development of photography in eastern Europe and its relations to the west development of photography in Eastern Europe in relation to the West. Borut Peterlin was one of the speakers of the round table dedicated the new generation of contemporary photography. For more information click here.
