Photon Gallery invites you to visit our booth at Photo Basel, Switzerland’s first and only international art fair dedicated to the photography-based art.

It takes place at the Volkshaus Basel – just a few blocks away from acclaimed Messeplatz with Art Basel, from 13 – 18 June 2017. This year, a contingent of 34 galleries (16 nations and 5 continents), both young and more established, present works of art from far over one hundred artists.

 

Presented artists:

Markus Guschelbauer’s (1974, Austria) body of work is mainly characterized by a distinctive integration of photography and site-specific installation.

Alen Ožbolt‘s (1966, Slovenia) is a contemporary artist, using photography as additional creative medium; it’s playing an increasingly important role in his artistic work.

Stane Jagodič (1943, Slovenia) has used photography (e.g. photomontage and photo-collage) since 1967, when it became the most significant medium in his artistic production.
