On Friday, July 24th we celebrate our exhibition opening and the magazine release of the first issue of “Made in Balkan” at the Photon Gallery Vienna Zieglergasse. We would like to invite you to join us!

The magazine “Made in Balkan” is the final product of the diploma thesis of five graduates of the Graphic Arts. They set themselves the goal of exploring, experiencing and reporting about the southeast of Europe. The first issue is dedicated to the city of Belgrade, the heart of Serbia.
The authentic photographs and texts were taken on a total of three trips and tell about life in Belgrade. They show the city in its diverse scenery, report about people and their situations. The photographic works present stories of everyday life and about artists of the cities. They show places that will never be the same again.
Through excerpts from these snapshots, the visitors are supposed to get a little closer to the Balkans. The magazine, as well as the exhibition, are intended to arouse curiosity and make people want to explore the southeast of Europe.
